3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear requirements, necessary materials (such as text, images, and logos), and timely feedback. Project timelines depend heavily on prompt client communication.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project quotation. Work typically commences only after the agreed initial deposit has been received. Secure payment links (such as Paystack) will be provided where applicable. All fees are non-refundable once the final deliverable is approved and handed over.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final digital deliverables (such as the completed website or graphic files) become the property of the client. Hanshetey Enterprise reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hanshetey Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or digital products. We ensure standard quality and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality of third-party platforms or hosting environments.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
